Assembling device for particle filters

Function and characteristics

Various types of particle filters can be assembled from their individual parts using this machine.

In the process, the individual parts are seated in the assembling device, brought into defined positions and then manually screwed.

At the same time, the machine holds the parts in fixed positions in order to minimise the physical strain of the assembly personnel and to provide the exact positioning of the parts in relation to one another.

The individual assembly steps are displayed at the control unit an are activated by operating the two-handed start control.
